The members of this forum seem to be very specific about the type of poodles that they share a love for. They clearly favour the toy poodles.
New Thread: Greetings fellow lovers of toy poodles
Hello to you all,
I am delighted to find so many people who share my love of toy poodles.
My wife has always had a toy poodle in the family homestead, ever since she was a little girl - so she was determined that we had one ourselves when we set up home together.
At first I pushed for us to have a more manly dog around the house like pit bull, or at least a more traditional family dog - maybe a labrador.
But from the moment we saw Gloria we were both totally smitten, we have had her for five years now and she is absolutely brilliant with our four year old little boy - the perfect temperament.
She is a particularly small white toy poodle, and I am now so far over my macho issues that I am even comfortable being seen out with her when she is wearing her little pink coat.
I will post a photo or a link as soon as I can work out how to.
